At Shuddh Shakti Ayurveda, we strive to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently.

Order Processing

  • All prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders (as mentioned during checkout).
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected PIN codes across India.
  • A small COD handling fee may apply (if applicable, it will be shown during checkout).
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • Orders placed using COD may be verified by phone or SMS before dispatch.

We accept secure online payments through:

  • Credit & Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Other secure payment options available at checkout

All online payments are processed through trusted and secure payment gateways.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

Failed or Refused COD Orders

If a COD order is refused without a valid reason or remains undelivered after multiple attempts, future COD orders may be restricted for that customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.
