Return & Refund Policy
At Shuddh Shakti Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, expired, or an incorrect item has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID/Invoice) is required.
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products.
- Products with broken or tampered seals.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Change of mind after delivery.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days after your bank details are verified.
Replacement Policy
We offer a free replacement if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive a defective product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is expired at the time of delivery.
Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- If you refuse delivery of a prepaid order after shipment, shipping and handling charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
- Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders without a valid reason may result in COD service being restricted for future purchases.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- In other eligible cases, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process
Once your returned product has been received and successfully inspected, we will notify you of the refund status via email.
If your refund is approved:
- An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our support team will contact you via email to collect your bank account or UPI details. After verification, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
